Ive been looking at aftermarket seats and found a few that I like. I would love to get the folding seats, but they are a little to $$$$ for me, so Im looking at the fixed back seats. The car is only driven on weekends. How comfortable are fixed back seats. I know there not all that great, but thought I would check with you guys first. Im looking at the Corbeau FX series seats. Another question is, how easy is it to clean the colored seats like the red, yellow ect? Thanks
I have recaro pole positions, and personally, I love fixed back. When I get in normal seats now it feels weird cuz i slide around everywhere :P
Anyways, I wouldn't recommend it if you are used to ridin around with a gangster lean.
Remember the airbag ... you will lose it (?safety concern?) and you will have to modify the airbag sensing system so that you don't have a permanent fault.
I have the Sparco Evo. I love the support and how snug it is. Its great for my back too. I have heard others talk about them not being good for daily driver or road trip, but I like it. I normally sit really upright though, its definately not for anyone who likes to slouch or sit back.
I was looking at a seat by Recarro called the Top Line. It was a folding adjustable style and a nice cross between a race seat and the stock upgraded Mini seat.
i also got these around.. because one is broken.. looking for a good seat then you can probably give me a price on em and ill unload em... simply because i really really need em out of the house...
Shifter is not from Randy. It's my own modified Alta shifter. Some here on Nam are still owed one. Sorry about that guys. This post will help me get off my a$$ and get them out to you....
