New Addition

Thanks for the hype Eric I do have the new addition to the 03 MCS in the stable. It is a RHD Pepper white Austin Mini Saloon 988 cc. Also an automatic transmission. I will post pics when I'm done. It is now in my garage in pieces. The light switch shorted the harness and I am waiting the new one. While down, I thought I would add a few more goodies. You learn a lot about British cars when you take one apart. Oh, it is a 1980 and because of the age, it is legally tagged and titled. The short time I have driven, I find it handles very well (not quite as well as new version) but also not as powerful. I plan to bring it with me to our next gathering.

Sorry for the wrong year Jon. I said 1989. I am hoping (and I'm sure Jon is too) that the car will be ready for "public veiwing" by our next chapter dinner on February 9 (see related post) and those of you interested in seeing it will have to attend!
