Hello all! I know its been a while since I've posted but I've been out motoring....good excuse, right?!

Well, I think maybe......just maybe I have found a new garage to put my new MINI in. We put an offer on our first house Friday!!! We are so scared/nervous/excited/confused all at the same time. This garage will be so much better for my MINI than the current one because I can customize it without asking a landlord for permission!!!!!!

We are waiting on loan approval and the seller to accept the offer, but I have a good feeling about this. YAY!

When we bought our first house I learned one thing, the buyer wants, the house, the seller wants out, the real eastate agents want the deal to go through so they make money, and the loan guy want's it to go through for the same reason, so everyone involved wants it to happen so it probably will.
