Parrot CK3000 Evo with MFSW Adapter

I recieved the MFSW adapter for the Parrot from Mikey today and installed the entire kit. In a word......Awesome!

The install took longer than expected, mainly becuase I had to find a way to route and hide alot of wire. I have the power take off adapter too so there was a ton of wire that would be right behind the radio. I ended up running the mfsw adapter out the left site and mounted the control box for that and the Parrot on the inside of the bolster with some industrial strength velcro. I also ran the power from the power take off adapter to my Sirius reciever and Seidio car mount for my phone.

All in all about 2.5 hours for install and no wires anywhere.

MFSW adapter works as advertised and allows the full funtionality of the parrot system using the steering whell controls. (The only exception being menu access which I can still do via the real parrot controller which I also have hidden inside the knee bolster).

For anyone thinking about it I highly recommended it.

Sounds good Good to hear the installation went well. Is there any cutting and splicing involved? Or is it all plug and play.

totally plug and play. I just connected the Car harness to the MSFW Parrot harness, the MSFW Parrot harness to the Power Loom, and the power loom to the radio. It was that simple. The hardest part was hiding the large amount of wires, since the space behind the radio is small.

When I install them I just tape them to the inside of the bolster using the tape supplied - once set up, you only ever need touch it again if you want to pair another phone. Inside the bolster means you can access it easily if needed, but can't see it if you don't >
