I am working on a project about Mini Cooper vanity plates and hope to reveal it at the 4th MOTD. Basically I am collecting hi-res images of the Mini Cooper rear ends where ideally you can see the tag well. I am not only looking for tags with the word Mini in the tag, but in general witty things that people might associate with something small, cute, mean or awesome. :-)
I would really appreciate your help.
I am listing all states below and will check them off with the Vanity Plate as each state is complete in terms of pics or confirmation. You can also email me or pm me if you have questions.
Here is exactly how I'd like each image to be shot, allowing me to crop in closer should I decide to do so. Ideally I'd love to see images with no tag frames which makes it hard to read the state.

I have a more appropriate photo than this (I can dig it up), but here's mine in Oregon.

 

If you sent me a shot for DA WRKS shot as I showed mine and in hi res, you are in for Oregon. Hard to tell from your pic though is to see wether you have a plate holder makes it tough to read.
Most perfect for me is no plate holder or only one where you can read the state very clearly.
I am so difficult. :-(

Herbert, I haven't forgotten that I owe you a good pic. I just haven't managed to get a chance to take another good one when the car is clean and the sun is out (my car isn't clean often enough!). By the looks of it though, you have your VA plate, so I'm guessing you don't want my "SUV2BIG" one now.

Happy to help and can reshoot if need be. Had more problems with glare and sharp focus than we expected.

 

Well, I do understand that not everyone has time to shoot their car in a "for me timely convenient" manner so all is good. Although sometimes I worry I can't get it done.
As for your plate, I got the Pennsylvania version of the SUV2BIG and then the SIZE XS from Virginia almost at the same time so that kind of is what I needed from those states. But thanks for your offer to help, its greatly appreciated.
I am now slowly in need of some networking help where people who know folks in some of the "missing" states, encourage them to send me a note with their tags to see how it fits in. But seeing the selection you slowly get the idea what I am kind of looking for.

Oregon is quite clear at the top. I do have a Cooper S frame that obscures nothing really, but I can easily take it off and snap a digital pic, then put it back on.

The photo I have on my home computer (I'm at work) is a straight on one though.
