Obviously. But it's a TV network? Satellite? Cable?

Thanks man. I actually missed the show last night, but I hope to see how it looks this next weekend. I really lucked on how I got on it too. This last August my car was getting worked on Racing Innovations, an import tuner shop in Knoxville, that is down the street from DIY studios and this scout for the show Tricked Out was checking out some of the cars at the shop. Since the MCS is so unique, he called gave me a call and asked if they could possibly install a nice sound system in my car and it be on TV. Of course I said HECK YEAH, so...watch the show. Also FYI, the host of the show that acts like a mechanic/car enthusiast is only an actor! Even though he is a super cool dude, I was amazed that he basically knows nothing about cars! His other occupation is a drummer in a band called The Giraffes.

I have a client that is a home builder/remodeler and he had one of his projects featured on one of those shows on HGTV. He said the same thing about that show's host. Knew nothing about anything and would ask my client all sorts of questions and then when taping he would repeat the information as if it came out of his head.

I understand that with many if not most of the home shows that is the case. The hosts tend to have a background in broadcasting not gardening or home improvement.

That is way cool about your car. I wish I could see it but I don't think my cable gets the DIY network. Do you know if that show airs on any other network? (I am presuming not).

The show is on again tonight at 10pm, so if any of you are interested in installing your own subwoofer, it offers a really good tutorial. Also, check out this link to the DIY network and they have a 4 page write up on installation.
