Water to Air IC Setup

Ok guys, ive been talking to MSFIT on and off about this on aim for a while, we talked about it for a while tonight....

About the way the system is setup.....

Why are none of the systems avaliable controlled by a thermostat somewhere? it seems to me that if you were to run the FMIC water to air setup non stop, tiggered by the ignition when you turn the car on, it would quickly overheat because there is nothing to hold the water back to allow it to cool down. Kinda like running the car without a thermostat in the main cooling system...

I'm kinda iffy to do this unless i'm sure it wont be a wate of my time and just a fancy thing to pop the hood to show off....

any input guys?

overheat??? the radiator is supposed to transfer any heat picked up by the water to the airstream. A thermostat could only reduce the amount of water flow and therefore prevent overcooling.
