Screening for the rear bumper?

I have been seeing a lot of mini's that have silver mesh screening in the two side area's where the factory has standard black grills. Where do you buy this part? I am looking to replace that black screen with the silver style. Are there precut kits?
Thanks

You might be seeing MINI's with aero kits that actually have STICKERS that look like silver mesh screen. . .

M7 has some that are spendy but nice. Available in black or silver. I've got black ones on my DS.

If it was any easier, I'd have had to get a lobotomy first. You have to bend the heat shielding up on both sides behind the grilles or it's ugly back there.

Might be a good place for some neon, if you're into neon.
