Suspension Help with SPAX

Help with SPAX
I just recently picked up a set of SPAX Coilovers off ebay. I am wondering if they are missing a piece. I didnt look at the picture very closely and now, upon recieving them, there is no upper spring perch for the front coils. Is this the way that all the kits come or was I shorted a few pieces.
