Looking to do a full exhaust on my 05 Cooper S MC40, was thinking about bolting on a Miltek header with a magnaflow cat-back system. Anybody got any input?

search, you will find TONS of input about both systems. Personally, I have the magnaflow, I couldn't be happier. Miltek header, I can't see why not go with the Megan Racing version that Pilo Racing sells, in essence, same thing, sans the catalytic converter. You can get your stock one welded back up there if that's an issue for you.

Check out the "performance mods: drivetrain" forum - that's where all of the exhaust info is. You might try asking a moderator to move this thread there, too - you'll likely get more response.
