I'd hit that bid if I were you. $90 + say $10 for shipping is pretty good since it a) is used and b) you can get a new one for $88 more.

I can understand some informative input on somebody selling something, but why would you badger the guy like this?

I'm not trying to badger him.

I told him his price was off, showed him a link, and someone else showed a bid less $88 of a new one.

Which is not too far off the mark.

He told me to buzz off instead of pm'ing me or something.

I don't feel like I'm badgering anybody.

Don't like to see people get ripped off is all.

well, the guy obviously doesnt know what the hell hes talking about if he gonna ask that much for a used intake.....

( i'm only saying that because hes gettin pissy with LOTF)

buying a used intake is like buing used sparkplugs, its a wear item.

would you buy LIKE NEW with only 5k miles denso spark plugs?

oh yeah, good luck with the sale!

First of all:
"He told me to buzz off instead of pm'ing me or something."

Have you ever heard of a saying that goes a little like...people in glasses houses....well I am sure you have not since it was YOU who posted on my thread that some ebayer is selling it for 188, rather than PM'ing.

Don't like to see people get ripped off is all.

you are the one who is trying to con OEm seats for $1500

Also lets talk about wrong pricing of items, you are the one who is trying to sell a used OEM seat set for $1500. There is absolutely nothing special about these seats and i would like to know how many the dealer sell at $1600 other than insurance claims.

You have tried to high jack other for sale threads:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=43962

drop this nasty habit of yours, any moderators watching this guy?

buying a used intake is like buing used sparkplugs, its a wear item.
can you explain to me what is NOT a wear item in a car. Even your cheap ebay knock off clear taillights are wear items.

Look people I am not trying to pick fights with everyone, just a simple rule I like to practice is to "praise in public but reprimand in private" Had you PM'ed me the other sources of the KN kit for 188 rather than a public scolder, I would not have seen the necessity to post this message.

Cheers
Cenk

wow, i just read this, thats one of the dumbest thing ive heard all week!!!

well, lets see.

wheels arent wear item, tail lights arent wear items, seats arent wear items.

lets see, whats a wear item. something that will need to be replaced over time due to the fact that its not made to last the life of the car.

such as, spark plugs, light bulbs, plug wires, brake pads, AIR FILTERS

oh yeah, good luck with the sale!

I would disagree that a seat isn't a wear item. I think they are, especially the driver's seat.

CooperSigma-of course seats are wear items, everything in a car is a wear item. Your windshiled is a wear item everytime a pebble hits it and your door hinges are wear items everytime you open and close it will still sagging over time...

Justcris- 125 plus actual shipping is a fair deal. I pm'ed you with the payment details.

Cheers

The seat should not have to be replaced and should last the life of the car.

Granted one should probably condition them if they are leather but otherwise, I agree with RednWhite.....

Your wheels shouldn't need to get replaced unless you hit a pothole and crack a rim.....your door should not need to replaced unless you crash your car or damage it some other way.

What WILL need to be replaced are items such as spark plugs, brake pads, oil, oil filters, etc. as RednWhite pointed out.

Just because you wear out a seat doesn't make it a wear item.

Looks like you got a sale there Chili. Nice job.

Logically, that would indeed make it a wear item, sorry.

Wow!!! All these posts that have nothing to do with the item being sold. The market place police should be arriving any minute now.
