White hood scoop - opinion request
Just got done with my latest mod...the white hood scoop. My wife thinks it needs some stripes to complete the look and I think she's starting to convince me. Whatcha think?

I was going to do the same thing but after seeing the pic...I'm not down with doing that. Or at least until I can get it painted blue.

the new bonnet stripes from the checkmate package in white would look killer with that.

I agree - this would complete the look well. Or at least I think so, without seeing a photo of someone's car who has done this...

I agree that the scoop is just sitting there all alone with nothing to tie it into the blue/white theme.
Stripes would make a big difference

What about checkerboard white stripes that let the body color show through as the dark color? Make it cohesive? (although I see how the new stripe ties into the scoop...... maybe a custom variation of the new stripe-with a pin stripe showing through of the body color?)

I like these strips better than the standard stripes because they are different. But I think it needs some more white some where. Just my oppinion.

Everyone was right, it did need the stripes. Looks good, even if you did necromance the hell out of this thread.
