Sport Suspension

Unfortunately when we ordered our 2005 MCC last July I didn't think to add the sport suspension. After riding in my new MCS for awhile, my wife would like a similar ride/feel in her MCC. Does anyone know if the springs, struts, shocks and rear sway from an '05 MCS can direct-replace the stock MCC suspension and provide that slightly stiffer/tighter feel?

I'm not willing to spend the $$$ to go aftermarket on this car. Any useful opinions/experience appreciated.

I could be mistaken, but I imagine aftermarket might be cheaper than OEM parts. That's often the case with car parts. I think anyway, don't carve that in stone just yet =)

Aftermarket parts will yield better gains than spending the money for OEM replacements. In the end the cost factor will be the same or even cheaper (aftermarket). Price out your options.

Just get a rear sway bar and maybe some springs. H-sport and rspeed are some brands to take a look at ( but not the only ones).

I second that. I have some H-sport springs and they are great. A better feel than my stock sport springs. Drops the car exaclty 1 inch, which is perfect. They also get rid of the large gap in the wheelwell.

Kind of hard to argue with $250 for barely used parts from an '05 MCS and keeps it pretty much stock. I'd spend half of that on a rear sway alone. The MCC is my wife's daily driver so not really looking to lower the car or set it up for anything more than an AX or two each year when she wants to play

Find someone selling off their stock MCS suspension, usually people pretty much give this away (or at a small cost) and buyer just pays for the shippping.

I had already found one in the MarketPlace and talking to the seller. Thanks for all of the input.
