Anybody have a complete upper shock mount (all of the appropriate foam pieces, upper mounts, washers,rubber spring isolator, upper spring mount, etc)?

I'd like to assemble a second set of Konis for the rear of my MC with SS+ so I'm looking for a second set of hardware for the rear upper mounts.

I'll probably have to just buy the springs since they're unique to my specific option packages.
