need help between toyo and bfg???

i am going to get tires for my new wheels tomorrow, 17" motegi trak lite 42mm offset weigh 14 lbs.. i am between toyo proxes 4 and bfg gforce t/a kdw2? i can get the bfg in 205/45 for $636 installed and the toyo in 215/45 for $602 installed. can i go 215/45 with a wheel that has a 42 mm offset? whats the better of these 2? i have herd a few accounts of the proxes being loose and some fishtailing, weird, might just be freak occurrences. the the bfg's the only negative i have herd is the noise level. are there any other tires i should look at in this price range?
thanks for any input

Have you looked at the Toyo T1R's?

well my wheels came in today and i was planing on putting rubber on them tomorrow. but unfortunately the company i bought the wheels from sent me one with chips in the finish, one with scrapes , one with a different center cap (a better looking one though), and 2 wheels that don't have a even powder coating finish on them, i think they bought a lot of wheels that didn't make it through quality control, good thing they have a good return policy. the wheels do look good though, look strong and are super light... also to top it off i just got some dvds from netflix and the one i want to watch right now is so messed up it won't play ...

well I have the Proxes 4 and totally love them, but at the same time I heard a lot of good things about the kdw2's also.

if I lived in an area with no snow, I would go with the kdw2's ... but I do live in such area ... so the Proxes 4, being all season, work really well for me.

both are great tires, but the kdw2's are probably better performance wise.
