Which One To Buy?

17's for general road use on an unmodified 02 S with S-heavies (I beat ya to it) My commute is highway.

Yoko ES100 or Kumho Supra 712? plan to stick with 205/45

I gotta do something soon.

I read Tire Rack reviews and past threads here - looking for last inputs cuz seems like a real toss up. I've had Yoko's b4 so kinda leaning that way.

Thanks

I don't know much about either tire you were asking about, but I recently got new 17s from Tire Rack and I love my rubber. I got Goodyear Eagle F1 Gs-D3s (215/40/17), they are awesome!! I highly recommend them...I think they're on sale right now too.

I recently went with the ES100s VERY happy with them. Ride is better, more quiet, handles better Snow is a NO NO BTW; I may be wrong, but I think the 712 is no longer made. Was replaced by the SR something which is supposed to be an improvement over the 712

Been using the ES 100's for 2 1/2 years now and its a great all round performance and street tire. I use the 215/45-17's though. Stock MCS, no rubbing and I drive very hard.

Thanks

My local Tire Rack recmd'd guy said he'd had better feedback about the Yoko's

Added to the fact that I've had Yoko on other cars w/good results I ordered 'em a lil' while ago.

Now I need one of them slime kits.....still paranoid about no spare....
