Rear Break help, please!

I can't believe this is going down this way. I read all the posts, bought all the tools, and here we are. So I am trying to retract the rear piston using the harbor freight tool. The piston spun a few times (clockwise) but I guess I wasn't putting enough pressure on the piston. Now it is fully deployed, so much I can't even remove the tool. To top it off the pistion will not spin!

I am off to try and spin it back and "rethread" it using a plumbers clamp or something. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I used some Channellock pliers, like these:

To turn the piston, while apply pressure with C-clamp. Be carefull not to hurt the rubber boot. Good luck.

The channel lock pliers worked, the harbor freight tool did not. If fact it broke. Regardless, I got the piston retracted. Thanks for the advice.

Usually, the tool comes free just by loosening the nut, however, this past weekend my HF pistol tool got stuck and we just stuck it in a vice and it was free.
