I know this may sound stupid but can you run these wheels with a non run flat tire?

Yes no problem but get some cans of fix a flat.

In fact.....recommended! I just drove a MCS with new performance Yokohama's on stock 17"s. WOW, what a difference. My first upgrade when finances allow. The run-flats just suck. My opinion.
