We want to have bonnet and boot stripes installed.

We have purchased perma plate protection from the dealership.

Which one should we do first?

 

If possible, unpurchase the PermaPlate. Seems more snake oil (aka dealer margin) than anthing else. My '92 miata was supposed treated with the stuff (by the original owner), and looked like crap until I gave it a full Meguiar's treatment.

If you can't unbuy it, then do the permaplate first.
