16" dark wheels

I have an '06 MC on order and want to change the wheels as soon as possible. I like the factory R90, but want it in dark finish (antrhacite). MINIUSA website does not seem to have these. What other aftermarket wheel is similar? I have looked at the ASA EM9, but it looks like it comes with a dark finish.

Looking for help from others.

Check out the Flik Wasps at Edgeracing.com. I don't think they have them in a 16 though.

oops these are all 17's

I LOVE AR1 in black

EM9 is another choice

TC005 is major racing heritage backed with a modern look.

57 pro is another race inspired wheel.

These are great clearance items GT7

I like the Flix Wasp, but they do not come in 16's. I really don't need to get rid of brand new 16's, and the 17's ride is much harsher than I am looking for.

If you like the factory R90s, then any body shop could repaint them in whatever color you wish. I like factory wheels because when I damage one ten years from now there will always be thousands of replacements waiting in wrecking yards across the country.

This is by no means true ... I bought the Flik Wasps with Toyo Proxes 4 regular All Season Tires ... and they ride so much better than the original 16" runflats. They ride harsh and stiff ... anyone on these boards will tell you the same.

Look at it this way ... 17" Wasps with new tires ... around $850

If your original wheels are basically new with tires ... you can sell them here for about $500 ... so basically you will end up paying $350 for custom wheels and much better riding tires.

Rota GT3's

These are my 16 inch rota gt3's in royal gray.

I got them through a vendor on eBay. I think I paid around $600. I also bought hubcentric rings through RSpeed.

Its hard to say - there are many influential factors - unless a vendor and meet or exceed on all of them - thay are not even concidered.

So, Alex, it looks like I have very few alternatives for the 16" dark wheel. Is that true?

Correct, and suppy is limited from SSr, one of our darker (anthracite) wheel suppliers.

After searching for 16" dark wheels, I found some Motegi Racing FF7's. Does anyone have these on their car, and what is you experience? I like the gunmetal color to go with a CR/B.
