Either that, or, maybe they wanted to deal with the other guy instead of Bald Biker Guy. No offense intended, but, sometimes, buyers pick and choose who they want to deal with depending on the persons posts, time on site, if they know the other guy offering, location and various other reasons. Basically the bottom line is, sometimes the seller chooses due to other reasons that are not apparent.
So now Marketplace is a "pick and choose" who you want to sell to?
I thought this was a place where if someone agreed to a price and to purchase something the deal was done. When I sold to people if they said "deal", that was it, I didn't take the next guy that offered me $5 more or wanted to buy two things...I took a person at their word and the deal was a deal.
This is beginning to be a joke, if this is going to be more of a game than just NAM members getting parts to other members then why even have this part of the Forum.
Possibly NAM can restrict "members" with under 50 posts from selling items that way they will have a little more respect for other members.
Again, a "for sale" thread turns into a flame when a newbie screws over someone....flame on...

"screw" is kind of a hard word, and having more posts on NAM does not make one user superior over another, so longevity has nothing to do with this.
I think the first guy contacts the seller should deserve the first opportunity, regardless.

I dont really care because I was only going to buy
the wheel locks.... but I do think this guy should be a little respectful of posting things for sale and then yanking them and saying 'sold' to others than those that responded first and not comment on it. I am sure he thought it was a "win" for him.
I would rather people get their act together and keep it that way.
But I understand some never will.

That does suck...
Nevermind...
I think you guys should act quicker next time
