FS: Handmade oak Mini Cooper clock.
Greetings All,
The kids bought me a couple of boxes of Classic Mini's and I got to thinking.....so I was in the woodshop the other night and came up with this.....It's 11" across, quartersawn red oak flooring planks (very old-distressed a tiny bit), warm English Chestnut stain, Mini's are all right drive (but you'll get used to it), battery operated clock. I have enough cars and maple and oak to make 4 or 5 more, but no more quartersawn oak. This is the only one of these. My daughter says I should ask $75.00, my wife says I should ask $60.00 plus shipping. It weighs about 2-3 pounds and shipping will be from 44011 plus $2.00 for packing material......Les SOLD

That might look pretty cool, maybe round, satin black finish. Classic Mini's all around. Yep, into the shop I go.....Les

How much.....
well I haven't done one yet, so I'm not sure of the time invested. I may wait until after Thanksgiving, when the weather is nasty, and folks are thinking Christmas and the woodshop will be nice respite from the hubbub....Les
