One of our members, Jerry, had a very good idea. He suggested that we make this a motoring event! So, let's meet at the Citgo station at I85 and Hwy 14 in at 6:15. We will leave there promptly at 6:30 to caravan to the Beacon. If you find yourself stuck in traffic or some other dilemma, call me to convince us to wait for you.

WHA?! I do hope you were kidding about someone finally organizing some events for the Greenville chapter.

Either way, glad you will be attending. Sorry you've missed our monthly dinners, monthly meets at Century for donuts, the scavenger hunt, the trip to PKI, etc.
We were there, where were you?? Please join us this Saturday at the Beacon in Spartanburg at 7:00. I'd enjoy hearing your ideas for events in the Greenville area.

The "Upcoming Events" sticky at the top of this forum lists all regularly scheduled events for all the chapters of m2c2. It's a little confusing as the date never changes on it.

So far the Greenville chapter has had or participated in several club events this year, in addition to the regularly scheduled twice a month meets, and also has a some of ideas for motoring events this fall.. Also, there's some activites in the works with the Asheville chapter, too. Keep an eye on this forum, the sticky, and the club e-newsletter for more info!

You might want to confirm your e-mail address with the club secretary, as the Greenville VP regularly sends event e-mails to the local members..

How can I purchase one of the M2C2 shirts I saw a picture of on another post? Do I have to go to the shop directly and have the embroider my own shirt?

By the way, good thing you corrected the name of the actual gas station. I drove by it last night and noticed it as well.

I am ready for some "good eats" tomorrow night. I even had some Beacon iced tea with my lunch today, as a primer of sorts. Available at your local Bi-Lo!!!

You may take your own shirt to Eagle or purchase one that they have in stock or from their catalog. I selected my shirt from the catalog and am very pleased with it.

What a great turnout!! Eleven MINI's and one truck. Thanks to all who motored from Charlotte [and Trainman & Trainmamma who came all the way from Cincinnati ] to join us for a loud and grease-filled dining experience.
