I've seen a few MINIs around my area and I was just wondering if anyone on this board was one of them.
1)HB (dark out so I could see much more) came up Hilltop Dr. and circled around the dead end circle not too long ago.
2)HB/w on the small road going to Lafayette Aviation
3)EB/W crusing through West Lafayette (I gave you a thumbs up)
4)CR/B (I know it was CR but it was a while ago so my memory has faded about the roof color) stopped at the Wabash Landing (going to the Panera Bread I think) being driven by a cute asian woman a while back in June
5)CR/B on the 80/94 also a while back in June
6)PW on 26 in front of the Purdue main campus, I gave you a big wave.

Anyone of these here?

If it was, it was an IB/W. And we were checking out where we used to live.

 

Yeah that sounds right. Cool. I still have to get the hang of telling the difference between the two blue colors.

 

I still can't tell them apart unless they are sitting next to each other!

I drive a PS/B MCSa around the campus and then to downtown Lafayette every day (taking girlfriend to work and then going to work).

 

Cool, I'm up here in Hilltop apartments. I'll keep an eye out for you. If you get a wave from a blue Pontiac Bonneville that is me. Sadly, I can't get my MINI quite yet but I still wave or thumbs up any MINIs I see.

 

Don't feel wierd doing that, you should see the looks I get when I try giving a wave from my dreaded SUV I'm a Mini dreamer like yourself.

 

Yes Tiffany, I get weird looks also. They almost freak out when the guy in the white Stratus honks and waves at them.

I was at the stop light at Rockville and High School Roads this week and a CR MCSC pulls up the off ramp from 465 north. I shout out to her, "Nice Car!" she repled "Thanks!" Most friendliest MC owner I have met in a while!

Every time I drive near IND I am looking out for a white Stratus in or near the lot. Of course, that is only a half dozen times in the past 3 months or so. Oh well, I'm thinkin' of ya....
