Welcome package/used mini

I bought my '04 mini used in Oct of '04 from a mini dealer. Barely a year old. I'm assuming there is no welcome package for a used mini, is this correct?

not for used, but if you call miniusa, they will send you one.

The third DVD/CD/Magazine just arrived

in the mail since I bought MINI. I have only owned the MINI for seven months. How long do they keep sending the mag and DVD's?

I picked up Sting at the end of October. Still no welcome home package despite calling and emailing MiniUSA several times.
