Mini Cooper Lanyards ??

I don't know about the rest of you but I have to wear a photo ID badge at all times where I work... I would LOVE to show my MINI pride by wearing a "COOPER S" or "MINI COOPER (S)" or just plain "MINI" lanyard.
I would think these things would sell pretty well.
There are plenty of places on the internet that will make lanyards (nice ones, too) that could put the MINI logo on them. Problem is they are sold in BULK.
Of all the accessories that MINI sells, I would think this one would work. Maybe someone at NAM would be interested in working on this little marketing project?? I would if I knew where to begin.

Good idea

Those that have interest in this idea please post what you would like to see on a lanyard.

Unfortunately the MINI logo will have to be authorized for use by MINIUSA.

But we can do the NAM logo, MINI slogans or northamericanmotoring.com on it.

There are many styles- fancy, plain, thin, wide, etc.
Maybe post some examples of what you would buy.

The appears to already be an OEM lanyard

I saw it on a Canadian MINI dealer website (Victoria, BC).
MINI Lanyard- 80 54 0 154 595
Can anyone verify this?

I made MKO lanyards for our members for the Welcome Dinner at MOTD-2005! I like them and the idea of having a NAM lanyard!

Black and White checks, with alternating MINI or MINI Cooper text. More checks than text, please..

cheers,

I'd love to do it but there are trademark infringement issues. I'm sure this is something MINI USA already makes for employees and dealers. Maybe a North American Motoring Lanyard..you might check with Mark about that.

Yup....as stated above, I like the NAM lanyard idea. And with the NAM logo, (the shifter with the white/red lettering), that would really be cool!

I have one: White with Mini logos all around. I bought it along with a Black DRIVER MINI Long sleeve shirt (maybe some of you saw it at the Dragon - the night of "I won" dance -)

It was a seller from Ebay and I think he was from Canada but I didn't see him anymore

I, too, saw the MINI lanyard online from Victoria, Canada. I then posted a note to MINIUSA.COM and they got back to me about a week later saying they'd pass it on the the US group or something like that... probably it gets lost in the shuffle if you ask me. I'd love a "Cooper S" lanyard... a bunch of black and white checkers surrounding three evenly spaced COOPER S logos. One at the back of the neck and one each on the left and right middle portions of the lanyard as they hang down on the chest. Front AND back of the lanyard so if it gets twisted (as lanyards always DO) it'll still be seen. Stitched would be the best. Silk screening usually wears out. Oh yeah, and the safety break-away connection so it's legal to wear where I work.
Thank you and good night. :-)

That would be way cool and perfect for holding my Formula One tickets next month in Indy...

That timeframe might be tight but I'd still buy them and save them for next year if not in time.

I'll make some if you want. These are really kind of a giveaway item because they only cost about $1 if you buy 1000 $2.75 for a 100. What would you want on them besides the MINI wings logo?

DVLMINI,
Thanks, lets give him more feedback, ideas, or examples of what we would be interested in.

Do we have any pictures of examples?
I know I would be interested and I can ask my local MINI club as well.

Again, this is because we do use our club IDs and they are currently held on a plain black cord.
