Have any of you installed a roof decal on you own? How hard is it? Any hints/suggestions before I install one?

I'd advise you to get a sign shop to, either install it or help you. Anyway you need a spray bottle of water and alcohol. You can get it from the sign shop. You'll need two people...lay the decal in position and tape the front edge to the roof with BLUE masking tape ( Home Depot) The peel off backing, which should be split so that it is in quarters. you need to cut away the backing right in the center of the decal, where the cuts meet. Cut away an area about the size of a soccer ball, a bit from each piece of the backing. All time holding decal away from the roof. Spray the center of the roof and lower the decal on keeping it stretched tight, pulling towards the back. squeegy the decal down and out towards the sides. The liquid will squeeze out. Now tackle one quadrant at a time. Once you've got going take blue tape off the front. Always working out from the middle. Spraying as you go, and squeegying with a plastic tool which the sign shop should give you. And so on....It's a tricky job for first time but you'll manage...Good luck...An old sign man. Ron.
