WTB: 1 Pirelli 17" Runflat with or without wheel

Just found I have a nail in one of my tires. So I need 1 tire only. I will buy it with or without the S-Lite wheel. But I need it kind of quick.

Why not just have the puncture repaired?

I was told by the dealer it couldn't be repaired. Said it was some kind of construction staple with 2 prongs. I'm gonna get a second opinion tomorrow.
