GIAC install near Skyline Drive?

anyone along Skyline drive that will load GIAC software on my ECU? What about a 15% pulley and/or a sway bar install also?

If you haven't checked the two threads

"Question about bent sway bar link"
and
"A few sway bar questions, track related"

recently, it's worth while to take a look because I had a sway bar related problem at The Dragon, and a look at the threads might help you to avoid the same problem if you decide to upgrade your rear bar.
