How Many PPl have you cramed in your mini and still been able to drive?

Ok I'm sure this has been answered on here b4 but I couldn't find it. What is the max amount of ppl any of yall have cramed in your mini and still been able to drive it. So far I've gotten 5 with me laying across 2 ppl in the back and a "close" friend driving. LOL. I know that they had 22 I believe in one in New York a couple of years back. Not drivable of course. I could never find that link or a pic. Please someone post it if anyone has it.

Total of 7 People with Doors/Windows/Sunroof Closed

I have fit 6 in my car (plus me). Not an easy task my friend since 1.) They were not small people and 2.) Alcohol was a minor factor in the decision to attempt this in the first place.

I did not attempt to drive with all of us in the car but I had the room to steer and could easily reach the peddles. I would of had to have some else shift for me though since I could not reach the shifter very easily.

OK. I'll bite. I assume it's some sort of a person-unit, but...

What the heck is a PPL?

Max 4 including me... it was totally fine... the girls were in the back, and they're small though, so it worked out well :D

I don't like to crame anyone in my Little One just me - Occasionally my GSD who loves the Cabrio. The husband... got his own MCC

For the first ( and last) time at MOTD I had a full load of 4 people.

Only 4 in my MINI, but I drove a classic Mini about 20 feet once with 9 people in it.

Chris (with the Hot Wheels MINI) once gave a ride to some of my boating clients. Six cute women if I remember correctly, all in various states of inebriation after an evening out on the sail boat I captain. He had the rear seats folded down and tucked most of them in the back, with two up front I think. It was pretty funny!

Well, don't know if this counts, but I had to share: I can fit myself, my hubby and a stand-up bass in the Mini! I put off buying a MC for two years, because I assumed the bass wouldn't fit (I'm a professional classical musician). But we tested it out yesterday, it fits, and I'm ordering one next week! It looks a bit silly, but it works!!! The dealers got a kick out of it, that's for sure.

Who d'a thunkit??? Welcome to the MINI, Blackbow.

BTW, I think a full-size bass would count as at least two person-units. You can't bend its knees, and no amount of alcohol would increase its flexibility!

Wait... you are talking about a string bass, right?

Lucky for my driverside backseat passenger, i'm 4 foot 11.

Although i haven't TRIED to cram people in my mini, i took 2 guys out a couple weeks ago in it. I drove, my front seat passenger is a good 6'3 with a strong build, and the person behind me was 6'1, all legs. I can say we got some STRANGE looks. They fit, but they dwarfed the mini

With the correct positioning, anyone can fit good in there. I 've only once driven with 3 passengers. Step mom up front, tall boyfriend behind me, and wee little brother behind stepmom. They did nothing but compliment how strikingly roomy and comfortable the little car is.

I had 5 people in my MINI once...me, my son, and three of his crazy friends in the back seat. We didn't have to go very far...about 3 miles. I carry four people (adults) all the time, though.

Thanks for the link Meenee. That's exactly what I was lookin for!!!!! lol I guess I'm crazy to think we could load 7 ppl to go to Mardi Gras a few months back. LOL Needless to say it didn't work and we had to end up taking 2 cars. Boy would that be funny to pull up to a gas station and 7 ppl pile out of the mini. It could be a great clown car!!!! haha
