Anyone ever get a loaner if the car has to be in the shop for half a day or so?

I take my car to Patrick Mini, and bad timing has attacked me. Going in a road trip on Friday. All of the sudden on Saturday my left headlight starts going on and off. Don't know if I hit a bump and shook something loose. I have the xenon lights...I checked the cables out and everything looks good so it could be something with the bulb itself.

So I called Patrick Mini, Adam wasn't there today, explained my situation that I really can be at the dealership for four hours, I have a job that I am under a lot of pressure and can't be missing the time.

The reply I got was "the first available loaner is may 24th." WOW...I even told them that I'd be willing to pay, just need to get this done. Well I can't take the car there..don't have the time and I was dissapointed last time I was there for my first schedule service. They told me 1.5 hours...was there for 4. Then when they were washing my car the lost it. The parked behind some big trucks and no one could see it.

So...does anyone have any suggestions about the light? I have no idea how the bulb can be changed?

Or is there a trusted shop in the city, I work near North and Clybourn, that you guys would trust dropping the car off and getting this fixed. Really don't feel like getting pulled over because my light is flickering off.
