Hey all! I'm new to NAM and wanted to say hello. I will be purchasing an 04 MCS in the next couple weeks and was wondering what everyone's opinions were of the Mini service centers in Concord vs Pleasanton. I live closer to Concord but wouldn't mind driving to Pleasanton if the service is better. Thanks.:smile:

David at mini of concord is awesome.. He handled a oxygen sensor issue for me and reprogrammed my features to turn on my drl's and unlock my doors upon removal of my key from the ignition for free.. I think they are a great mini service center.. I live in livermore but I work 5 min walking dist from mini of concord so I am looking forward to a visit there in 500 miles for my 25k service...

 

Another vote for David and Mini of Concord. Not only do they have a dedicated Mini Service Advisor, they actually have a presence on this board.

I've heard to many mixed messages about Pleasanton's service to ever recommend them.

 

Thanks guys, sounds like the proof is in the pudding. Looks like I'll be going to Concord.

 

Our customers seem to unanimously prefer Concord for dealer service. If you are in the Dublin area and need any performance bits, stop on by!
