The header reads like the bumpers and skirts are Chili Red but I am assuming that the skirts are the stock black - is this correct?

Will the '05 rear bumper cover fit an '03?

 

AFAIK, yes. BUt best to check with your local MINI parts guy. Just ask if there was a change in part number for the stock bumper cover between MY03 and MY05.

It's not a complaint. It's annoying trying to purchase something when someone says make a Reasonable offer. Then you make them an offer that you feel in reasonable and they tell you that you are low balling them. This makes the process go so much easier. Post a price put a Obo next to it have people buy your item? In the End he will sell his products much quicker because in the back of his mind he knows how much he wants already. Why have 5 or 10 jokers from this site email him offers of 50 bucks???
