Load Rating?

what is the minimum recommended load rating for a 17" tire for MCS?
I owned a miata and never had to worry about load ratings..
the tire I want to get Azenis RT-615s are currently only available in 215/40 for 17"..
according to the spec sheet, it has a load rating of 1202lbs.
Will these be okay to use? what would be the consequence of using a under rated tire? blow up?
Also anyone know what the stock rpm is? the RT615s have a RPM of 861. I need to know by how much my speedo will be off.

The 205/45-17 Dunlop SP Sport 9000 DSST has a load index of 84 (Max Load 1102lb).

Check the following link for determining speedo changes ...
