How do you clean your MINI rubber floor mats?

I am new to the rubber floor mats in my '05 MCS, I would like to learn of products/methods to keep the mats looking new.

Thanks.

Personally I use Armor All Protectant Ultra Shine.

(Bottle looks like that)

Cleans them up especially after some bad weather.

 Good investment, C4U! You can also put them in the bathtub and scrub them down. I love mine! I also have the rubber bootliner and just purchased the boot extension mat, which goes on the back of the backseats when they're down.

Awesome Clo! How much did you pay for the rubber boot mat and the extension?

I really like my new rubber floor mats. They have the "S" logo and look great, better than expected.

The boot extension was $75 + tax, about $81, from Long Beach MINI. Can't remember what I paid for the bootliner....bought it for MINI #1 in '02! If you don't mind the wait, I suggest buying both from Classic of Ohio, and ask for the NAM member discount.

Product suggestion and a question

Meguiar's makes a decent "Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner", in a pump-spray bottle. I think it's #40 of the Meguiar's product numbering "system".
Maybe you have some experience cleaning/conditioning leatherette? (I have not used the above Meguiar's product on my seats).

EDITED by Tattman23 to 2nd what Clo said about scrubbin' them down in the bathtub!

Good Luck,
Tatt

spray them down with high pressure jet at local coin-op car wash, it may require scrubbing though.. i got the cup holder circle things in mine and requires quite a bit of scrubbing to get everything out

then treat with #40 as stated above... i used the same thing for my vinyl seats and my exterior trim... it leaves a nice glossy finish, but never oily.. exterior trim same thing, nice, matte, but never oily

I use Wesleys Bleach White. Spray it on scrub with brush, rince off. Works Great.
