Aero kit vs. Door Sill plates

Has anyone applied either the regular "Cooper S" door sill plate or the replacement "MINI" door sill plate to the Aero kit? How did it work out? Are there other options for non-JCW cars?

Yes, It works out fine. It is just double sided stick that bonds to the aero kit. They cost between 60 and 70 for the pair at the dealer

Thanks. Any any experience/advice in trying to remove from the stock rocker panels? They look easy to bend. No point removing them if they're going to end up as garbage. Should I just buy new?
