215/40-17 tires for MCS?

215/40-17 tires for MCS?
Seems like the rolling diameter will be about the same as my 205/45-17 OEM tires on the S-Lite rims. What are the plusses & minuses of sizing up to these?

I am running the Nitto Next Gen 215/40/17 size on the stock S Lites with M7 springs and have no problems at all. I didn't notice any increase in ride stiffness between these and the Yokohama AVS ES100 205/45/17s I was running.
These tires are 1/2 inch smaller in diameter so the speedo will be off about 1-2%. You will indicate a faster speed than actual.
