I'm interested!
HOW MUCH for the pulley installation and parts (pulley, belt, and everything else needed)?
If nothing else, I will swing by for the cruising and chit chat. Keep me on the list for "maybe".

>>>We'd be thrilled to have you drop in. I'll make sure you're in the loop.<<<
Please do. I've already got the dates penciled in on my calender. I'll have to wait until it's a little closer before I can decide exactly which day I'll come up, though.

Only a few slots left...
... You don't want t miss out. Check the signup sheet above and pick a time. Or just come and hang out. What could be better than a bunch of MINIs and a beautiful summer day!
Yo! How's it going? The "Charlotte" Pulley Party moved to High Point because 1) the generous fellow who offered to let us use his garage lives there, and 2) a lot of the participants live in GSO.
Still, you ought to come hang out. It's only an hour up I-85. Bring the MCS and show off your rear seat delete kit. You'd probably sell a few.
We'll travel up together. Let me know.

Only two more timeslots remaining. I just spoke with Randy to keep him current with our progress. He was pleased to hear that the schedule is filling in already.
We're just over six weeks away now, so pick a time and join us as we bolt on a little more power to our MINIs. I hope to see you there.

There are still a couple timeslots available if you're interested. I've had several conversations with Randy Webb here lately, and I'm really excited about having him come in. For those who don't know, Randy is one of the pioneering tuners of our MINI's. He done hundreds of installs and is absolutely one of the most knowledgeable and friendly guys you'll ever run into.
Last chance to join the fun!
The Pulley Party is just over a week away. I just spoke with Randy Webb, and he's putting our order together now and getting it ready to be shipped.
There are a few timeslots still open, so if you've been on the fence, now's the time to jump in.

Clueless in NC
Hey...
I am an idiot in regard to these things but, I am interested in joining the Pulley Party. I have just assumed ownership of a 05 JCW that has just "broke-in". I am hearing about many individuals that have upgraded the pulley to increase performance. What would someone recommend to me, I know it is all depending on the driver and what the driver plans on doing to the car, but, to get a good bang for your buck, what would you recommend, 15, 17, or 19...or none due to the JCW? Should I get a new pulley if I haveno plans on tuning the CPU (again due to the JCW>? What about voiding the factory warranty? I am also interested in putting on some rear sway bars, any input? Thanks!

First off, you already have a reduction pulley, the JCW comes with a 14.8 or something close to that. The big selling point to the JCW kit is the fact that your warranty remains intact, it's a factory authorized go-fast mod.
Rear sway bar shouldn't be a problem with warranty either. I went with a 22mm from R-Speed and have been very happy with it. It's the most noticeable change I've made. H&R makes a very nice bar also. Check out the suspension forum to get other modders opinion.
Welcome to the cult!

Smokey's right. I wouldn't doa pulley mod on a JCW car without serious consideration of the warranty and resale implications.
However, Randy's also doing rear swaybars at the Pulley Party if you're interested. There's no doubt that you'd benefit from that. It's pretty well accepted that an upgrade to the rear swaybar is the the biggest bang for the buck handling-wise.
If you're interested, just let me know either here on NAM or by posting to the Webb Motorsports thread linked above.

Huge Success!
By all accounts, the Charlotte/High Point Pulley was a huge success. There were nine MINI's modded and lots of laughs shared. In addition to the NC people, we had participants from Virginia, Ohio & Louisiana. A good time was had by all.
Nancy was the perfect host, providing food & drink and making sure we didn't need anything. She even made peace with the neighbors when our spirited test drives got their attention.
Jeff called to check in on things, and we agreed to get together down the road for some motoring and a little dinner.
Many thanks to Jeff & Nancy for sharing their home with us, Grover's MCS & Jack Moody for pulling together the last minute details and hewent2paris for picking Randy up at the airport. And of course BIG thanks to Randy for the travel, for sharing his skills and for bringing his magic torque wrench
