D Stock Hoosier A3S04 PSI
Hoosier A3S04 PSI
Took my first runs on 205/45x16 A3S04s last weekend. I was running 38f/42r cold on a 60 degree day on sealed asphalt. After 2 runs 42f/44r. After 3 runs 44f/44r. There was about a .5lb differential from right to left after the runs.
I know I had some wheel spin due to using too much throttle in a big sweeper. Causing some of the rapid rise in the front temps. The edges on the fronts show some wear as if they were under inflated. I was able to get the rear to come around fairly well until my last few runs when the pressures were almost equal.
I wanted to drop the fronts as they got warm but given all the wear at the lower pressures I was concerned I was rolling over on them too much.
I had several other drivers telling me they were running close to 50lbs on their Hoosier but they drive much heavier cars. Anyone willing to share their experience with pressures on a Mini?
