The pictures make the seat covers look pretty pink. How does the red match the Chili Red of the exterior. I've never seen these covers in person or in a brochure before so I really have no idea. Also, what is the material of the covers? Are they stretchy like spandex? Do they offer any cushion at all?

Thanks,
macman.

These are MINI oem seat covers and Match perfectly with CR. They are stretchy and do have some cushion to them but they are not padded. Take a look on the MINI website for a better color shot. I have a CR and they looked awesome inside.

Thanks. 2 questions... can you provide a link to the page with these on the Mini site. I looked and couldn't find. Also, why are you selling them?

Thanks,
Macman.

Do they slid around

Hey twister, I assume you had these on leather/leatherette seats? Did they slid around at all?

Do you have any pics of them actually on the seats? I just want to see how they look installed...

I have Gray Space Cloth and they didn't slide. The way they attach, I can't image they would slide on Leather or Leatherette.
I Should have taken picts of them installed but didn't.

I have leatherette and want cloth, but I'm concerned about whether they (or any covers for that matter) will look like covers, or look stock.

FWIW, a friend of mine has a Cooper with hibiscus covers on the front seats - they definitely don't look stock, but they don't look tacked on. I'm sure the MINI covers look as good or better.

I have the tartan red seat covers, front and rear. Fit is excellent on the front uppers, very good on the front lower and do not move around at all. I have had them on about 16 mos now and they still look good.

I have pictures of the installed seat covers on the home computer that I could post later if desired.
I also had custom stitching done on the head rest covers.

I am desperately searching to find a pic of these installled.

I am very interested in them....well, depending on how much it would cost to buy one for the rear too.... I'm searching for that info too.

A partial picture here. A lot of kids in the way though

The upper backs look very much like the factory cloth seats. The lowers fit good and tight everywhere but a little bunching of fabric at the hinge area. Not really a problem. I will post a picture or two of the seats with no one in them in a few hours.

Oooo I like that.

How much did the rear one cost new since this is only the fronts for sale?

Can't remember for sure but I vaguely remember that it cost roughtly the same for the back seat as the two fronts together. Fit on the rear seats is excellent all the way around. I did say a lot of ugly words putting the covers on the upper back though.

I had some trouble getting the rear covers from my dealership....difficulty with numbers, said they didn't make a rear cover....first one thing and then another. Finally ordered the rear covers from Classic MINI and got them with no problem.

Are those seat covers or actual cloth seats? They look a little too perfect for covers.

Macman.

I believe there the actual seats because I bought the car new with them.
But still I hope it helps with showing how the covers would look.

off topic-ish. Can you post pics of the Wet Okle seat covers once you have them on the car? I've been looking at them for awhile and went as far as to order color samples, but I'm really curious how the full set looks installed.
