I was given these as a gift and have never been used.
They were purchased from a Ebay merchant and have been sitting in their box since I got them. The ones I have I am told light up red.

ive seen a set for the passat, same company sells them. kinda hokey, but they work, and for way under what MINI's asking for them.

 

In person they look pretty good. There thick enough metal they they don't bend easily. I would put them on my car but I am worried about pulling the old ones off.

 

are these the same length as th factory ones? they look shorter in the picture.
