I have a newly chromed set of S-LITES 17". They look great, I have had these on my MINI for about 1/2 year now. I just took them off to have them replated as I caused some damage to them. They are plated three times, and look great. I paid well more than I should have for these wheels, and recently aquired 1 set of MINI convertible wheels and I am going to mount them. The chrome hold up well, but salt is not good for them. One should have 2 sets of wheels 1 for summer and 1 for winter(not chrome) at least thats what I was told. I will have these ready in about 21 days. I do not expect payment right away. I will also post some pics once I have them back. The pic below is with them mounted on my car. There are some minor bends on the wheels (I think only on 2 of them), not a big deal at all and will post pics once they are re-chromed. There are no srface nicks on them either. I am sending them out and will have them ready to ship in about 3 weeks. Not sure on a price but $500 maybe? Make an offer.

 

Okay everyone. I had the wheels dismounted yesterday. And cleaned them up a bit. I can only find one very slight bend on onw of the wheels, its so minor I could harldy no0tice it.

The reason why I stated 2 bends earlier:

About 3 months ago I hit a massive pot hole on our wonderful highway system here in Michigan! I was able to spot under the car that I bent 2 wheels pretty darn good. So I called an Alloy Wheel Repair Comapny and he came to my house. He reshaped those 2 wheels cost me near $200, and looked at the other 2. He took them off the car and used all sorts of measurement tools to show if they were bent or not. He showed that both had 1 very small bend I couldnt even see it, but the measurements showed it. He told me that most all wheels have minor bends like these and they arent even worth fixing. So I figured maybe they would have gotten worse since then. But now I have them all infront of me here on my floor and I can barely spot one bend.

I could take pics of them but my camera isnt very good neither is my lighting. The one shown on the car is Mine. I really love the look of these wheels, but I have been advised not to put them back on my car until the salt is done. I dont have money for a set of summer tires and wheels and winter tires and wheels, so these have to go.

I purchaed them off eBay for nearly $1000 last August from OEMRIMS. They do AWESOME work and chrome all sorts of OEM Wheels.


I am asking for $500 plus shipping and they are yours. They will be freshly stipped and re-chromed and in imaculate condidion!
