So this week I upgraded from a 6.5” older setup to the newer OEM Carplay LCI Touchscreen 8.8" Display and Headunit with Nav. No doubt it’s more expensive over an aftermarket option but having had bad experiences with android based Chinese headunits I decided to stick with OEM and it’s super responsive and just works. It requires coding but I bought everything through Sam GA Retrofits who pre coded it before posting it out to me, but he can also code remotely.
