Oil light comes on under hard acceleration

2014 r57 with about 115,000 on the clock. Wife’s car, so I don’t drive it too much.

Oil light flicked on about two months ago when passing at WOT. Got out. Check the oil. Was on low end of high. Was about due for an oil change. So brought in and mentioned it. Tech mention front crank seal was leaking - cool, again. Had been fixed by them less than a year ago. Need their warranty. So the fixed it again. Hadn’t did it since according to my wife.

This weekend, I took it on a 600 mile trip (had less than 300 miles on it since service). On the way back, it happened again. Check the oil level and in the middle of spec. I went ahead and added 8 oz of oil to put it on high end of spec. It will do so still on WOT.

What might be wrong at and how concerning is this to get checked out?

TIA

When I had my R57, it would do it on a really hard turn, making a fast cut into my neighborhood would trigger it on occasion.
Never figured it out before trading it off.

No, it was too intermittent to be a problem. Mine did burn a bit of oil, so it may have been the case of being near an oil change & the oil level actually being a little one the low side.

Possible the pump. Running low on the stick.
