New member. Recently bought a R53

On Dec 30th, I bought an ugly but seemingly mechanically sound R53.

It has had a bad repaint, there are a number of dents plus I don't like the headlights. But it came with a nice stack of maintenance records and the guy I bought from is BMW guy with a nice workshop.
My plan is to get it ready to run autocross this year in hopefully D Street class. However the issue is that it has an aftermarket supercharger pulley. I have reached out to Way Motor Works to see about getting a stock one put back on.

Just order a large order with ECS and Rockauto for maintenance parts.Going to do the water pump, supercharger oil, timing chain tensioner, belt, coolant, thermostat. Needs a new clutch slave and master cylinder. Is it worth buying an aluminum coolant tank? Also should I swap to silicone coolant hoses?

Need to get some tires, a big rear swaybar and some struts.

At some point, what to do some minor appearance mods exterior and interior to lean into retro look.
