Just by chance this months run was one of Keiths favorite roads in the area. We are going up to the top and coming back to Livermore. If you would like to come early for breakfast at Vics All Star Kitchen in Pleasanton (201 Main St) at 8am I have reserved a table for 20 please let me know if you are in for breakfast by Thursday night so I can give the restaurant a final count Friday morning.

 

Save two spots at breakfast so my girlfriend and I can come. That will be a good run.

 

I was there on Sunday afternoon - came up Alum Rock Road from 101 all the way up Mt. Hamilton to Lick Observatory. My first time up that way and that is one gnarly road! A 23 mile Autocross course - with bad pavement! Hung out at the Observatory for a while at the top and then came down the other side to Mines Road to Livermore. The road coming back down the mountain is much better quality and you can really fly down those canyons in the flatter sections.
