So I recently bought a gorgeous ‘20 JCW hatch. Thinking I have aftermarket headlights. The outer halo is yellow.

The front turn signals aren’t working. However, with the turn signal/hazards engaged, when I flip through the lighting dial the yellow goes amber. It blinks twice and then goes back to yellow and stops blinking. Any ideas? I’m guessing it’s a coding issue?

Question 2: Anyone got the Outmotoring headlights? Curious about their quality. $730 is palatable. Even though she was a California car, the lenses are pretty rough. I had my Lotus supercharged this year, bought this mini, plus mod parts this year for the Lotus. If I drop $4k on OEM headlights, my next mod could very well be a divorce lawyer.

If it's aftermarket they made it look really close to OEM.
Here is my 2024 JCW and projectors look identical (at least on the picture).

 

Those headlights are stock.

2019+ had the newer design Full Halo LED

I bet they upgraded the DRL led

On the light other then taht it must be coded?


Pop the hood and check the lights. OEM is made by Valeo and/or AL "Automotive Lighting"
