Digital dash retrofit RPM gauge not working

I recently purchased the digital cluster to retrofit on my LCI 1 JCW. After putting it in and getting it professionally coded, my RPM gauge now constantly shows 4500RPM to above redline. I've included a video of me accelerating from a standstill so you can see how weird it is acting. I unmounted the cluster and made sure all the connections there were secure, along with where the MOST cable connects with the head unit. I'm not sure if I got a defective unit or something happened with the coding, but I would love some input.

You can ignore the music playing, I forgot to hit pause lmao.
