Mother blew the engine, looking to sell.

2010 base model auto. I think it had a coolant leak that caused it to overheat. Somehow two bores have 0 compression. It ran good until that happened.

Sadness, valve seats tend to fall out when the N12 engine is overheated. The N12 also suffers from burnt exhaust valves. I'd part it out; you won't get much for it with a blown motor since used or rebuilt N12 units cost more than the car is worth. Then there's the labor to install it.
