Car has been weird so decided to check with bimmerlink. No check engine light but code and description seems to indicate an issue with the Upstream O2 sensor.

Found the part and have some basic mechanic skills but all the videos and information i find on various google searches are for "R" series and I cant find any info on replacing it on my 2014 f56s.

if you have done it can you share any videos you might have found.

I have not found one for replacing the O2 sensor specifically, but when you install a downpipe you have to take the O2 sensors out. So you can watch a video about installing a downpipe and get all of the information you need there. Here is a link to one I watched when installing my downpipe
